Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Commerce, or any other related field.
Master’s Degree in a related field is an added advantage.
At least four years working experience at senior level in a related field.

Responsibilities
Design and review administrative systems and policies of Pride and ensure that they are updated.
Set guidelines for all administrative activities and communicate the guidelines to stake holders.
Administer and maintain lease contracts with landlords/municipal and other local authorities on matters regarding rent and tenancy renewal.
Ensure that necessary communications to landlords and other bodies are done and filed.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on estate matters.
