Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Advanced University Degree (Master’s Degree or equivalent) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field is preferred
  • CIPS certification highly desirable
  • The Admin and Supply Chain Manager should have a minimum 5-7 years project procurement and logistics management experience within an INGO environment is required. Thorough knowledge of donor requirements (DFID, USAID) contractual, procurement and reporting requirements required.

  • Development, implementation and oversight of supply chain systems and practices (30%)
  • Team Management and Staff Development (20%)
  • Planning and Management (20%)
  • Security (15%)
  • Overseeing Fleet management, Inventories and Stores (15%)
