Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Advanced University Degree (Master’s Degree or equivalent) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field is preferred
- CIPS certification highly desirable
- The Admin and Supply Chain Manager should have a minimum 5-7 years project procurement and logistics management experience within an INGO environment is required. Thorough knowledge of donor requirements (DFID, USAID) contractual, procurement and reporting requirements required.

- Overseeing Fleet management, Inventories and Stores (15%)
