Description
1. Teach, examine and grade students;
2. Supervise research for students;
3. Mentor junior staff;
4. Conduct research and community outreach activities;
5. Write proposals for attracting funding to the department;
6. Perform any other official duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
i. Master of Laws (LL. M) in either: Corporate and Commercial Law, or Taxation Law, or Intellectual Property or International Economic Law or International Commercial Arbitration from a recognized University
ii. Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) Honours Degree from a recognized University;
iii. Post Graduate Diploma from Law Development Centre
