Assistant Lecturer (Music) - Department of Performing Arts & Film

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Teach, examine and grade students;

2. Supervise research for students;

3. Mentor junior staff;

4. Conduct research and community outreach activities;

5. Write proposals for attracting funding to the department;

6. Perform any other official duties as assigned by the Head of Department

Required Qualifications

1. Master's degree in Music with a specialty in either music performance or jazz music or western instrumentation;
   
2. At least an upper second Bachelor's degree in music.
