Description
To document, analyse business requirements for new or modified IT solutions to improvebusiness efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
• A First Class or Upper Second-Class degree in Computer Science, Information Security,
Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science.
• Professional Certification in Business Analysis, Project Management, IT Service
Management, Quality Assurance or related is added advantage.
Work Experience
• At least six (6) years of relevant working experience in IT business analysis related
work.• Elicit requirements working closely with business stakeholders to understand theirneeds, goals, and challenges.
• Analyse business requirements and develop system specifications for business
applications that address the customer needs.
• Documentation: Create detailed and clear documentation, including business
requirements documents, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and
process flow diagrams for inhouse and off-the-shelf applications.
• Solution Design: Based on analysis, collaborate with solution architects and developers
to propose effective and efficient solutions that address the business needs through
assisting in creating solution prototypes to visualize the proposed changes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between business
stakeholders and the project team.
• Validation and Verification: Validate that the proposed solutions align with the
business requirements by verifying that the delivered product or system meets the
specified criteria.
• Involved in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution's usability and
functionality.
• Risk Assessment: Assess the potential risks associated with proposed changes and
initiatives.
• Provide technical input to quality assurance reviews of technical documents to achieve
high quality and conformity to Bank standards.
• Execute tasks assigned within a System deployment plan (SDP).
• Conduct feasibility studies for potential solutions.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned/delegated by the Head Business Analysis and
