Academic Qualifications, Experience & Competence
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Strategy, Technology, Finance, or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, digital transformation, or consulting.
Strong understanding of strategy frameworks, change management, and emerging tech trends.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in a structured, results-oriented environment.

- Support development of the short-term and long-term Bank strategic plans
Translate corporate strategy into actionable transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
Lead execution and tracking of major transformation initiatives, ensuring integration across departments.
Identify and explore innovation opportunities to drive operational efficiency and customer value.
Play a leading role in the implementation of sustainability frameworks (e.g., SSCI) as part of the transformation agenda.
Oversee research and analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and innovation landscapes.
