Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activations, events, sponsorships, exhibitions, and networking initiatives to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and sales opportunities.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of events and activations, ensuring timelines, budgets, attendance targets, brand standards, and CRM data capture requirements are achieved.
Oversee Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns, including placement selection, vendor coordination, performance monitoring, and reporting on lead and sales impact.
Develop and manage partnerships with strategic brands, organisations, and corporate entities.
Manage supplier and vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to contracts, service levels, quality standards, timelines, and brand guidelines.
Coordinate the sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and distribution of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and giveaways while maintaining brand consistency.
Support client engagement initiatives and relationship-building activities to strengthen customer loyalty and advocacy.
Collect, analyze, and report on marketing performance, CRM insights, campaign effectiveness, and market trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support the overall Marketing Department and undertake any other duties commensurate with the responsibilities of the role.
