We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive for Property Continental Kampala office branch.

The candidate will be required to work towards meeting pre- set individual and branch financial targets. Deal with all sales emails and phone enquiries ensuring the appropriate and timely use of all marketing material. Selling all company services strongly and ethically to generate new and repeat business. Organizing property viewings, developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues. Canvassing and promoting Property Continental search engine, and to make sure we achieve our target of an increased market share.


Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive for Property Continental Kampala office branch.

The candidate will be required to work towards meeting pre- set individual and branch financial targets. Deal with all sales emails and phone enquiries ensuring the appropriate and timely use of all marketing material. Selling all company services strongly and ethically to generate new and repeat business. Organizing property viewings, developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues. Canvassing and promoting Property Continental search engine, and to make sure we achieve our target of an increased market share.


  • Acquisition of properties: To acquire properties for sales and lettings as well as management Acquiring residential, commercial, private properties for sales and lettings Visiting property owners and making property proposals.

  • To inspect properties for sales and marketing.

  • To take clients for property inspection trips.

  • To Formulate property partnerships with developers.

  • To  acquire  properties for management.

  • To acquire 6 property management deals a week To ensure that pictures are taken for marketing purposes

  • To always gain internal and external access to photograph properties

  • To work with various property stakeholders in the interest our business strategies

  • To work towards achieving a daily property sales and achieve branch targets

  • To write a weekly property acquisitions report for the branch manager.

  • Marketing of our properties and company.

  • To draw up marketing plans and campaigns for properties acquire

  • To acquire and market properties for financial returns To use traditional and modern media marketing methods to achieve sales

  • To write a weekly marketing report to show updates and  achievements

  • To  direct and mass marketing to promotes properties To use our company website and social media networks to target the right property demographic.

  • To formulate partnership with various media houses to promote our properties

  • To  work with various institutions for marketing partnerships

  • To ensure that our property search engine/ website is promoted

  • To promote our search engine, as the preferred website for properties   for individuals and property agents to maximize our branch revenues  Internal office administration

  • To ensure that our property database is kept   up to date and regularly replenished

  • To ensure that our property search engine/ website has latest properties

  • To ensure that new clients are registered and personal details captured

  • To ensure that a small administration fee is taken off our clients for admin purposes and time To use our company internet provisions for research of the Ugandan and regional property market orientation and the compilation of data for the immediate and future use.

  • To hold a weekly performing review meeting every Monday to discuss business strategies.
