Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Development Studies, Economics, Public Health, Environmental Sciences, Project Management, Geographical Information Systems (GIS) or other related fields;
Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation or Project Management is a MUST
- A master’s degree in any of the above-mentioned fields is an added advantage
At least three (03) years working experience in monitoring and evaluating environmental related projects.
Good understanding of the Project Cycle Management
- Good GIS knowledge and skills
Responsibilities
Implementation of PMEL system:
Leads the development and implementation of project specific monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Support the coordination and implementation of all assigned projects M&E activities as outlined in the project M&E frameworks, Detailed Implementation Plan in line with WWF Network standards, WWF UCO M&E strategy, and industry good practices.
Provides technical backstopping to implementing partners by collating, analyzing, consolidating monitoring data, and preparing reports of the projects’ activities and processes, using the monitoring tools in place;
Follow-up on project activities and documents results, and best practices from the activity implementation and ensure exchange and dissemination of lessons learnt across the project staff and partners.
