Officer – Agency Services

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, Marketing or any other related course
  
• Diploma in Insurance will be an added advantage
  
• LOMA/CII/IIK Qualification will be an added advantage
  
• Two to three years of experience in a similar role.

• Assist in processing new policies, policy changes, renewals, and terminations accurately.
  
• Agent Support: Provide administrative support to agents.
  
• Assist in tracking and recording agent incentives.
  
• Maintain and update data related to agency operations.
  
• Provide Branch/Agency Infrastructure Support.
  
• Assist in monitoring agent performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
• Support marketing initiatives aimed at promoting life insurance products.
  

Corporate Governance

• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, ensuring compliance in all aspects.
  
• Implement robust data protection and privacy practices, safeguarding customer information.
  
• Participate in audits and internal control assessments.
  
• Stay updated with insurance regulations and underwriting best practices.
