Qualifications & experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's Degree added advantage).
  2. Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting senior executives or in a similar PA role.
  3. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital office tools.


Responsibilities
  1. Manage and coordinate the executive’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  2. Handle correspondence, emails, and official communications professionally and confidentially.
  3. Organize travel, logistics, and accommodations for official trips.
  4. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  5. Liaise with internal departments, staff, students, and external partners.
  6. Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval.
  7. Assist with special projects, events, and administrative tasks as required.
