Store Keeper

Support in ensuring the efficient organization, tracking, and distribution of materials, tools, and components used in Zembo’s operations. The storekeeper plays a key role in supporting installation and maintenance teams by managing stock levels, documenting inventory flows in Google Sheets, and ensuring the secure and orderly state of the technical store.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in stock management in a technical or industrial environment (workshop, production site, maintenance, Electricity, batteries, mechanics, electric mobility, etc.).
  

• Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel for stock tracking.
  

• Organized, methodical, reliable, and proactive.
  

• Able to work independently while maintaining good communication with the team.
  

• Committed to following safety rules and internal procedures.
  

• Comfortable completing simple forms and reporting on activities.
  

• Stock Management and Store Organization
  

  • Receive deliveries of materials, components, and consumables.
    

  • Check the conformity of quantities and the condition of received items.
    

  • Record stock entries and withdrawals in Google Sheets according to internal procedures.
    

  • Keep the store organized, secure, and easy to navigate.
    

  • Label all items clearly for easy identification.
    

  • Perform regular stock inventories and report discrepancies.
    

  • Monitor minimum stock levels and raise alerts when replenishment is needed.
    

• Operational and Maintenance Support
  

  • Prepare parts and consumables for technical teams (installation, maintenance, production).
    

  • Work with technicians to anticipate material needs.
    

  • Receive, sort, and store used or defective parts.
    

  • Follow safety instructions when handling electrical parts, batteries, or mechanical components.
    

  • Keep tools and work areas clean, functional, and well-organized.
    

• Documentation and Continuous Improvement
  

  • Fill in stock tracking documents: withdrawal forms, delivery notes, internal forms.
    

  • Contribute to improving stock management procedures and store organization.
    

  • File and archive documents according to internal standards.
    

  • Report any anomaly related to stock traceability, deliveries, or inventory.
    

  • Participate in team meetings and share any challenges or needs encountered.
