Requirements
Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honors Bachelor's in either Civil Engineering; or Construction Management from a recognized University / Institution. Possession of a Post Graduate qualification in related courses from a recognized Institution will be an added advantage.
Applicants should have a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in construction works from a reputable organization
· Preparing payment certificates for maintenance works in the agreed format;
· Supporting all maintenance and repair works within KCCA premises in accordance with maintenance guidelines;
· Overseeing building maintenance contract and service works; processing and contracting out repair requests;
· Maintaining an up-to-date maintenance records and files;
· Carrying out inspection of facilities, buildings and grounds for routine maintenance; prioritizing repairs and renovations;
· Contributing to preparation of the maintenance reports (quarterly, monthly and annually) to management;
· Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
