Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Minimum of a Diploma in procurement, supplies, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a medium-sized organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Active Christian committed to organisational values.

  • Responsibilities
    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with instructors regarding production needs.
    • Receive orders, verify raw materials, and manage the packing of finished products.
    • Maintain an organized store, manage inventory records, and conduct weekly stock takes.
    • Support shop sales, process payments, and report to the Production Supervisor.
