Lafab Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Officer to join our team. As an integral part of our operations department, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day business activities and enhancing operational efficiencies across the company.
The Operations Officer will oversee various administrative and operational functions, supporting daily business activities, optimizing workflow processes, and contributing to the implementation of strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a keen eye for detail.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

• Proven experience as an Operations Officer or in a similar role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications; experience with management software (ERP, CRM) is a plus.

Operational Management:

• Monitor and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Coordinate with different department heads to ensure operational coherence and timely execution of tasks.

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to maximize output.

• Manage logistics and supply chains, ensuring timely fulfillment and inventory accuracy.

• Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.

Project Management:

• Plan and oversee the execution of company projects from conception to completion.

• Align project objectives with business goals to ensure strategic alignment.

• Coordinate cross-departmental teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Reporting and Compliance:

• Prepare regular reports on the progress and performance of operations for senior management.

• Ensure all operations comply with legal and internal guidelines.

• Serve as the point of contact for external auditors and manage corrective actions related to operational or compliance issues.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the management informed of all critical issues.

• Represent the company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers and vendors.

Team Leadership:

• Oversee and support staff, ensuring clarity over project plans and priorities.

• Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
