Job Summary

  • We are seeking a motivated Volunteer Data Analyst to support our Human resource team in analyzing and interpreting data.
  • This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in data analysis while contributing to meaningful projects within our organization.

Duties

  • Conduct surveys, interviews, or gather data from relevant sources as directed.
  • Analyze HR-related data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to address specific data analysis needs.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts related to data management and analysis.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to the project team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years experience in data analysis, HR experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data entry and data management tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, databases).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project needs and work independently.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • With an understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Prior experience in data analysis or related roles is a plus but not required.
