About

Kenya is the world’s leading producer of tea, and nearly all teas produced is brisk black tea processed by over 100 factories using cut-tear-curl (CTC) method and exported mainly as bulk tea. Chebango Tea Factory is one of the newest factories in Kenya. Our vision is to manufacture world-class tea. Our mission is to effectively collect, process, package and sell quality tea and promote development of tea growing in Bomet County. We will achieve this mission through improving the performance of tea farms, promoting tea growing under new areas, promoting forest coverage, adding value in the manufacturing of tea and contributing to the socio-economic status of the local community.
