Explore Fuzu Global WorkforceYou will see all candidates and their profiles, but cannot access their full name, contact details and uploaded documentation without unlocking the profile. Each license type has a different number of unlocks included in them - calibrated for the volume of hires the plan is designed for.
Headhunting on Fuzu means proactively sourcing and engaging the best-matching candidates from Fuzu's talent pool of 3 million either using AI-based automation or advanced filtering tools, allowing employers to reach passive talent, speeding up and improving the quality of the hiring process compared to traditional job boards.
Fuzu's collaboration tools let the entire hiring teams work together in one place: share candidate shortlists, add comments and ratings, tag and compare applicants, coordinate interviews, and track decisions—making hiring faster, clearer, and more aligned.
We will keep your account for a limited time period, which includes all the candidate and application data (including comments, interview summaries, etc.). After a period of three months, the unlocked profiles will be locked again.
Yes, you can resume using Fuzu at any point by activating your license on the platform.
Fuzu’s talent testing solutions combine automated skill tests, role-specific technical assessments, and psychometric evaluations (based on Big Five framework) to measure abilities, aptitudes, personality, and work readiness. Results are used to evaluate candidates, predict job fit, and help employers shortlist high-performing, culturally aligned talent with confidence.
The library of tests consists of more than 50 tests, which you will have access to. Fuzu does not limit the number of people being tested.
Fuzu includes built-in training and onboarding tools to support smooth team adoption. Pro users also receive a complimentary training session to help their teams get up to speed quickly. That said, the platform is intuitive by design—making it easy to use and fast to adopt from day one.
Your Fuzu Pro license has a fixed number of active campaigns (see for the license section on the Employer landing page), which may be for example two (2). This means that at any given time you may have two campaigns open for applications on the Fuzu platform.
This is a common scenario with Fuzu clients, especially larger ones. Fuzu ATS provides world class features for managing the hiring process, but sometimes changing the ATS system does not make sense. In this scenario, Fuzu acts as an intelligent talent sourcing and marketing solution that attracts and directs high quality candidates to your own ATS system.
Yes, in countries where Google Job Search experience is available Fuzu shares also the jobs in Google's job index, increasing the distribution and marketing of your open positions to even a broader community - automatically.
Company Page is your own private page where you can talk about your organization, the products and services you have, add images about your offering and where we will automatically list all your campaigns. You will get a private web-address to your Company Page, which you can then integrate to your own website as your career opportunities page - with your own logo and color scheme. The best news is that we charge no extra fee for this feature.
Fuzu Pro can be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually. Longer commitments come with discounted pricing. Billing is handled upfront per period, and licenses renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can by via credit card, mobile money or direct bank transfers.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, with the new plan taking effect immediately and the price prorated. Downgrades typically take effect at the start of the next billing period.
You can purchase additional unlocks or upgrade your plan at any time. To start new campaigns, you'll need to close an existing one or move to a plan with higher campaign limits.
Unused unlocks and active campaign slots do not roll over. Limits reset at the beginning of each month to keep usage aligned with the plan design.
Yes. Fuzu offers custom pricing and volume discounts for larger hiring teams, higher hiring volumes, and multi-country or enterprise use cases. Contact sales for a tailored proposal.
Fuzu acts as a data processor. Candidate data remains owned by the candidates, which they can delete at any time, while employers have the right to use candidate data for recruitment purposes in line with GDPR, local data privacy regulation and Fuzu's service terms.
Yes. Fuzu is fully compliant with GDPR and other data privacy regulations it operates under. Data is hosted in secure cloud environments within the EU (in Ireland), with strict access controls, encryption, and compliance processes in place.
Yes. Employers can export candidate data and reports for legitimate recruitment purposes, subject to GDPR and other relevant data privacy rules and role-based access permissions within the platform.
You can continue sourcing, adjust requirements, or launch a new campaign. In case of Fuzu Elite, a guaranteed shortlist applies, and replacement candidates are provided at no extra cost until the match is found.
Artificial Intelligence is used to match Fuzu's talent pool of 3 million people to your job description. The best matching candidates are then reached out to automatically through 100% personalized emails. As candidates apply, Fuzu evaluates the candidate profiles automatically and ranks them by using an expert algorithm. This algorithm is bias free and safe to use, as it is based on numeric evaluation and not AI.
More than 1 million people have taken assessments on the Fuzu platform, ranging from a fully integrated psychometric evaluation based on the Big Five framework or aptitude tests (mathematics, logic, language, etc.) or skills (accounting, sales, etc.). The tests are included in the license costs, excluding the free or basic Starter licenses.
