Purpose of Position

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our real estate and construction firm.
• The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Essential Duties / Key Job Roles and Duties
Include but not limited to the following:

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop project plans, specifications, and schedules that meet client requirements and project objectives.
