Description

SSCE, OND, or Technical certification preferred
2–4 years of experience operating industrial/manufacturing machines
Experience in food processing, chemical, FMCG, flavours & fragrances, or manufacturing environment is an added advantage
Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues
Good understanding of production safety and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

Operate production and processing machines efficiently according to operational procedures
Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production flow
Perform basic troubleshooting and report technical faults promptly
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of machines and work areas
Follow safety, quality control, and production guidelines at all times
Record production data and machine activities accurately
Minimize material wastage during production processes
Support packaging and production teams when required
Ensure compliance with company and manufacturing standards
