Requirements For Appointment
For appointment to this grade, one MUST have:
- Served in the grade of Legal Officer grade 8 for a minimum period of three (3) years;
- Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Post graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
- Been admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid practicing certificate.
- Certificate in computer application skills; and
- Demonstrated professional competence and merit as reflected in work performance and results.
