Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative is an added advantage
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and willing to adopt to new technology
Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
The applicant should be result oriented passionate about sales
NB: The payment is strictly commission based.

Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is correctly submitted
Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, claim submissions and answering any questions concerning insurance policies
Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims
Applications submitted via Fuzu have 32% higher chance of getting shortlisted.
