• Working Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST, including mandatory daily client meetings from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM PST.
  
• Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual proficiency in both English and Italian, including speaking, writing, and comprehension.
  
• Linguistic Expertise: Ability to clearly explain complex linguistic concepts, structural issues, and analytical findings to non-linguists.
  • NICE TO HAVE: Experience in prompt engineering (training and guidance will be provided).
    
• Task Management: Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and consistently meet strict project deadlines.
  
• Strong communication skills: with a proactive approach to raising workload constraints before they impact deadlines.
  
• Comfortable interacting with clients and presenting with the camera on during scheduled meetings.
