Position Overview

We are seeking highly detail-oriented Data Annotators with strong proficiency in Gulf Arabic, Levantine Arabic or Maghreb Arabic Dialect to support a large-scale content annotation and quality assurance project.

This role involves working with datasets across a wide range of subject matter, including sensitive content, to help train and improve AI systems. You will review, label, and evaluate content for accuracy, clarity and quality.

This is a freelancing opportunity and we are looking for immediate availability for this project.

• Annotate, categorize, and label various types of written content in any of the following - Gulf Arabic, Levantine Arabic, Maghreb Arabic and English
  

• Review and verify annotations for accuracy (QA/QC)
  

• Ensure consistency in style, terminology, and classification
  

• Handle highly sensitive content responsibly and professionally
  

• Maintain high-quality output while meeting daily and weekly productivity targets
  

• Collaborate with project leads and team members for alignment and feedback
  

• Follow detailed guidelines and adapt to updates in annotation instructions
  

This role involves exposure to material that may include — but is not limited to — topics such as Adult content,Offensive or discriminatory language,Violence and terrorism (current and sensitive events) and Graphic or distressing themes

Ideal candidates should be comfortable and able to work with such content in a professional and objective manner.

What You Bring

• L3 proficiency in Arabic
  

• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
  

• Excellent attention to detail, grammar accuracy, and contextual understanding
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  

• Prior experience in translation, localization, annotation, linguistics, or research is a plus
  

• Comfortable working with repetitive tasks that require consistency and focus
  

• Ability to handle confidential material with professionalism
  

Technical Requirements

Candidates must have:

• A reliable internet connection
  

• A personal laptop that meets performance requirements for remote work
  

• Ability to dedicate at a minimum 3 hours a day
  

Compensation is per hour and will be cumulated to be paid at the end of the project in your local currency.
