WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Professionals in Communications, project management, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Background in Finance and development sectors is an added advantage.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Commitment: 2-3 days per week at our Nairobi office.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will play a pivotal role in strengthening AMWIK's sustainability. Key tasks include:
  • Fundraising: Identifying and mapping new funding opportunities, corporate partnerships, and grant calls that align with AMWIK's strategic pillars.
  • Proposal Development: Assisting in drafting compelling grant narratives, concept notes, and expressions of interest.
  • Donor Stewardship: Supporting the maintenance of our donor database and tracking reporting timelines.
  • Strategy Support: Contributing internal brainstorms on innovative resource mobilization strategies
