- Professionals in Communications, project management, Development Studies, or related fields.
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Background in Finance and development sectors is an added advantage.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Commitment: 2-3 days per week at our Nairobi office.
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will play a pivotal role in strengthening AMWIK's sustainability. Key tasks include:
- Fundraising: Identifying and mapping new funding opportunities, corporate partnerships, and grant calls that align with AMWIK's strategic pillars.
- Proposal Development: Assisting in drafting compelling grant narratives, concept notes, and expressions of interest.
- Donor Stewardship: Supporting the maintenance of our donor database and tracking reporting timelines.
- Strategy Support: Contributing internal brainstorms on innovative resource mobilization strategies
