Social Media Content Creator (TikTok & Instagram Reels)

We are looking for a mobile-first content creator who understands how to create short-form video that captures attention and drives engagement. This is an execution-focused role. You will be responsible for creating content, not just managing accounts.

What You Will Do

• Create TikTok and Instagram Reels that stop the scroll (shoot, edit, and post)
  

• Produce high-quality mobile-first content using tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, or native editors
  

• Engage directly with followers through comments, DMs, and replies
  

• Execute monthly content calendars across multiple accounts
  

• Monitor trends and create relevant, timely content
  

• Support simple content shoots, including sourcing props or coordinating basic setups
  

• Manage and post across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
