Profile

• 15+ years of professional experience mainly in the management of large construction projects including civil and MEP works. This experience consists mainly of assignments in a construction company and/or in project management. Significant experience in Africa is an asset.
  
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts management.
  
• Ability to work on international tendering processes and technical-financial negotiations.
  

• Senior Construction Project Manager who will be the representative of the Project Owner in the context of a project to build a logistics platform of more than 40,000sqm and associated yard and facilities.
  
• He/She will lead the different phases of the project by defending the interests of the project owner at each stage of the project:
  
• Overall project management: ensure the start of the work, its execution on time and on budget.
  
• Detailed design review.
  
• Monitoring of the authorizations necessary for the completion of the works and interaction with the various external (administrations, authorities, PMC) and internal stakeholders.
  
• Follow-up of tenders with the support of the PMC for the construction phase
  
• Works phase: project management, monitoring of the works, supervision of the PMC and coordination of the various stakeholders (contactors, project owner, authorities, etc.).
  
• Technical, administrative and financial management of the works contract(s), with the support of the PMC.
  
• Review of delivery phase and closing of punch list,
  
• Monitoring of commissioning phase
