Description
Monday–Friday | 26 hrs/week (shift after training)
Role Summary:
Provide patient support and manage medical appointment scheduling while ensuring full OSHA & HIPAA compliance. Acts as primary patient contact, handling inquiries, scheduling accuracy, and conflict de-escalation.
Requirements:
- OSHA & HIPAA knowledge
- Experience with EHR/EMR and medical scheduling
- Strong communication, empathy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities

- Patient support via calls, emails, and systems
- Appointment scheduling & calendar optimization
- Maintain accurate EHR/EMR records
- Verify patient eligibility and documentation
- Ensure compliance and confidentiality
- Coordinate with clinical and admin teams
