Qualifications
- A degree in any Business-related field
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Ability to manage emotional responses and remain calm under pressure when dealing with difficult content
Responsibilities
- Manage Mobility inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts when handling different customer topics
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
- Educate customers on products by explaining procedures, answering questions, and sharing relevant information.
- Approve new customer sales after verifying details and ensuring product understanding
- Create customer leads in the company%u2019s internal system.
- Identify upselling opportunities (e.g., TV upgrades) and present them to eligible customers.
- Support field sales agents by handling customer-related calls.
- Record call details accurately and update customer records in the internal system.
- Track and report recurring customer issues or trends to management.
- Capture call dispositions for every call received.
