Operations Supervisor
đź“Ť Location: Nairobi
đź•’ Monday to friday
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across our processes. This role is key to maintaining high performance standards while leading and motivating a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in operations, team leadership, or supervision roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with KPIs, reporting, and process optimization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in BPO
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in Excel or data tools
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and service levels
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Prepare regular operational reports and performance analysis
