Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
• Drive customer acquisition and loan disbursement growth.
• Develop and implement branch marketing initiatives.
• Build strategic relationships with customers, groups, and business communities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Credit Operations
• Assess and recommend loan applications in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor portfolio quality and maintain acceptable PAR levels.
• Ensure timely loan disbursements and documentation.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and credit risk assessments.
Collections and Portfolio Management
• Monitor loan repayments and arrears.
• Coordinate collection activities and recovery efforts.
• Develop strategies to reduce delinquency and non performing loans.
• Prepare portfolio performance reports.
Leadership and Staff Management
• Supervise and mentor Credit Officers and Sales Officers.
• Conduct performance monitoring and coaching.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Promote teamwork and accountability.
Compliance and Reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports.
• Support audits and management reviews.
