Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in Fitness, Sports Science, or related field
- First Aid and CPR certification (mandatory or added advantage)
- Previous gym or fitness center experience, preferably in a supervisory role
Responsibilities
- To oversee daily gym operations, ensure a safe and welcoming environment for members and guests, and lead the gym team to deliver excellent service and fitness experiences.
- Supervise daily gym operations and staff schedules
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of gym equipment
- Monitor member usage and enforce gym rules and safety guidelines
- Provide basic fitness guidance and assist members when needed
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally
- Conduct equipment checks and report faults or maintenance needs
- Support onboarding and training of gym attendants/instructors
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Maintain accurate records (attendance, incidents, equipment logs)
