Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in Fitness, Sports Science, or related field
  
• First Aid and CPR certification (mandatory or added advantage)
  
• Previous gym or fitness center experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  

• To oversee daily gym operations, ensure a safe and welcoming environment for members and guests, and lead the gym team to deliver excellent service and fitness experiences.
  
• Supervise daily gym operations and staff schedules
  
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of gym equipment
  
• Monitor member usage and enforce gym rules and safety guidelines
  
• Provide basic fitness guidance and assist members when needed
  
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally
  
• Conduct equipment checks and report faults or maintenance needs
  
• Support onboarding and training of gym attendants/instructors
  
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  
• Maintain accurate records (attendance, incidents, equipment logs)
