Description
Terms of engagement
- Diploma/level 6 in humanresource management/Diploma in personnel management or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and in good standing.
- Three (3) years minimum Experience in the Human Resource Field or similar role.
- Certificate in computer application skill.
- Certified human resource professional (CHRP)will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) will be an added advantage.
Method of Application
Interested candidates should submit hard copies of an Application Letter, a detailed resume, a Copy of National ID/Passport, copies of academic achievement and any other relevant testimonial at the college.
NB;
- All trainers must be Licensed by TVETA and any other necessary bodies
- All trainers must have a pedagogy qualification.
