Responsibilities
First Impression Champion: Work directly with new hires to provide a world-class Day One experience.
Technical Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between HR, Managers, and IT, keeping everyone updated on the status of onboarding tickets.
Data & Tracking: Maintain shared spreadsheets and update ticketing platforms with high precision, ensuring data integrity across all teams.
Process Innovation: Collaborate on process updates and document changes to improve the efficiency of our onboarding flow.
Documentation: Create exceptional SOPs and end-user guides for both technical and non-technical audiences.
