We are a premium car workshop specializing in high-end vehicles. We are building a structured, system-driven operation and are looking for a disciplined Accounts & Compliance Officer to manage financial records and statutory compliance.

Requirements:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Good understanding of Kenyan statutory requirements (KRA, NSSF, NHIF/SHIF)

- Experience using accounting systems (Odoo is an added advantage)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Organized and able to follow structured processes

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who values structure, systems, and accuracy. The ideal candidate must be disciplined, organized, and able to maintain clean and transparent records at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle statutory compliance including PAYE, VAT, and Housing Levy (KRA)

- Manage NSSF and NHIF/SHIF submissions and payments

- Perform monthly reconciliations (bank, suppliers, and statutory accounts)

- Maintain accurate financial records in Odoo ERP system

- Ensure all documentation is complete, properly filed, and audit-ready

- Track deadlines and ensure all statutory obligations are met on time

- Support management with clear financial reports and updates
