As a PI Case Manager Assistant within our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Department, you will play a key role in supporting Case Managers in the development and progression of client cases, helping ensure our clients receive the maximum settlement they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

Open claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and Medical/CARE.
Request and follow up on police reports and medical records.
Schedule medical appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.
Verify balances with medical providers.
Prepare case files for submission to demand writers.

Skills:

1–2 years of experience as a Case Manager or Case Manager Assistant, legal assistant (Please avoid Intake Specialist), within Personal Injury (PI).
Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress (legal industry).
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive and positive attitude.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage a high volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
Experience with Litify or Salesforce
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
