Requirements

    • Degree or Diploma in any Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, etc.)

    • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience

    • Strong willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment

    • Good problem-solving and analytical skills

    • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

    • Physically fit and ready to work in a plant environment

Responsibilities

    • Support daily production operations within the department.

    • Assist in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

    • Participate in the installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery.

    • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

    • Learning the job responsibilities of each position in the department.

    • Working closely with the shift leaders and Chinese technicians.

    • Adhere strictly to company safety policies and operational procedures.
