About the Internship Programme
Print Shop is looking for 5–11 motivated recent graduates to join the team for a three-month, hands-on internship programme beginning at the end of September 2026.
The programme is designed for candidates who have completed their Diploma or Bachelor's degree and are looking to gain practical workplace experience. Interns will work alongside experienced team members, participate in day-to-day operations, and gain exposure to a fast-paced customer-facing print, design, and creative environment.
The Machine Operator Intern will gain practical exposure to printing and production equipment while supporting Print Shop's day-to-day production activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist trained operators in setting up and operating printing and finishing equipment.
Prepare materials and files for production.
Monitor print jobs and help ensure output meets required quality standards.
Assist with finishing activities such as cutting, binding, laminating, and related processes.
Learn basic machine checks and routine maintenance procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area.
Follow all equipment operating procedures and workplace safety requirements.
Report equipment or production issues promptly to the relevant supervisor.
Preferred Background
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Production, Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field.
Interest in printing technology, machinery, and production operations.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
Willingness to learn how to operate different printing and finishing equipment.
