• To maintain the highest possible standard of client care by adhering to the hospital standard treatment protocol and guidelines
  
• Directly assist dentist during procedures
  
• Set up and cleaning up of materials and equipment during procedures
  
• Accurately chart and charge a patients visit as directed by provider
  
• Handling and disposing of infectious and hazardous waste as by the Hospital's waste management policy
  
• Ensure proper inventory management of stock in the Dental Department
  
• Adherence and maintenance of patients' confidentiality
  
• Adherence to the communication policy of Imara Hospital
  
• Perform any other duties within the scope of the position as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department. QUALIFICATIONS:
  
• A Certificate in Dental Assisting
  
• Certificate in basic life support (BLS) will be an added advantage
  
• Minimum of 1 years' working experience in a busy dental facility •Proficient in computer applications
