Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent English communication skills (C1 level), and experience working with international markets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales (SDR, outbound sales, or call center roles)
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher) – strong spoken and written communication
- Clear, neutral accent suitable for international clients
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies to engage potential clients
- Qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain and update accurate records in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and conversion targets
- Collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth
