Responsibilities
Presentation Design & Formatting
Design and format high-impact PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, proposals, demos, and executive briefings
Transform dense, text-heavy slides into visually engaging, easy-to-digest presentations that highlight key messages
Create custom presentation templates, master slides, and theme libraries that ensure brand consistency while enabling flexibility
Develop visual frameworks for complex concepts including process flows, solution architectures, customer journeys, and transformation roadmaps
Design compelling title slides, section dividers, and closing slides that bookend presentations professionally
Apply animation and transition effects judiciously to enhance storytelling without distracting from content
Optimize presentations for different delivery formats (live presentation, PDF handout, video recording) with appropriate layouts and resolution
Ensure all presentations adhere to accessibility best practices including readable fonts, sufficient contrast, and logical reading order
Proposal & Document Design
Format and design professional RFP responses, proposals, and business documents that combine visual appeal with compliance requirements
Create branded document templates in Word and PDF formats that enable consistent, professional document production
Design compelling cover pages, executive summary layouts, and section headers that organize long documents effectively
Develop table and chart styles that present complex data clearly and reinforce key messages
Apply typographic best practices including hierarchy, spacing, alignment, and readability optimization for long-form documents
Create visual callouts, sidebars, and highlight boxes that draw attention to critical information
Ensure proposal documents balance visual sophistication with client-specific requirements and submission guidelines
Collaborate with the Proposal Response Creator to integrate visual elements seamlessly with written content
Infographics & Visual Frameworks
Design infographics that transform complex data, statistics, and concepts into visually compelling, easy-to-understand graphics
Create process diagrams, workflow visualizations, and methodology frameworks that illustrate Teleperformance's approach and capabilities
Develop customer journey maps, service blueprints, and experience diagrams that demonstrate transformation impact
Design comparison matrices, competitive battlecards, and feature-benefit frameworks that highlight differentiation
Create timeline graphics, roadmap visualizations, and milestone trackers that communicate project progression
Produce one-page visual summaries and executive briefing sheets that distill complex information into scannable formats
Design icon sets, pictogram libraries, and visual metaphors that can be reused across multiple deliverables
Ensure all infographics maintain data integrity while maximizing visual impact and clarity
Data Visualization & Charts
Transform raw data and analytics into clear, compelling charts, graphs, and data visualizations
Select appropriate chart types (bar, line, pie, scatter, heat map, etc.) based on data characteristics and communication objectives
Apply visual design principles to enhance chart readability including color coding, labeling, legends, and annotations
Design dashboard layouts and KPI visualizations that enable quick comprehension of performance metrics
Create before/after comparison charts and ROI visualizations that demonstrate transformation value
Develop chart templates and style guides that ensure consistency in data presentation across all materials
Collaborate with Solution Consultants to ensure data visualizations accurately represent metrics and support key messages
Brand Compliance & Template Management
Serve as the guardian of Teleperformance brand standards, ensuring all design work adheres to brand guidelines
Maintain and update master brand assets including logos, color palettes, typography standards, and visual style guidelines
Develop and manage a comprehensive template library covering presentations, proposals, one-pagers, and other common deliverables
Create brand-compliant templates that provide structure and consistency while allowing creative flexibility
Conduct periodic brand audits of sales materials to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement
Provide brand guidance and design feedback to team members creating their own materials
Adapt global brand guidelines for regional and local market needs while maintaining core brand integrity
Document design standards and create quick reference guides that enable self-service design for simple tasks
AI-Powered Design & Visual Content Creation
Leverage AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, Canva AI, etc.) to rapidly generate design concepts, visual elements, and creative assets
Utilize generative AI for image creation, background generation, object removal, style transfer, and photo enhancement to accelerate design workflows
Employ AI layout assistants and smart templates to streamline presentation and document formatting while maintaining creative control
Experiment with AI color palette generators, font pairing tools, and design optimization algorithms to enhance visual impact
Use AI-powered design feedback tools to analyze layouts, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize visual hierarchy
Develop prompt libraries and AI design workflows that enable consistent, on-brand outputs across different AI design platforms
Stay current on emerging AI design technologies and evaluate their applicability to sales enablement design needs
Balance AI efficiency with human creativity, knowing when to use AI assistance versus when custom design work delivers superior results
International Collaboration & Support
Provide design support to Business Development teams across EMEA and international markets spanning multiple time zones
Establish efficient intake processes and request management systems that enable clear communication of design needs and priorities
Conduct design briefing sessions with international stakeholders to understand requirements, objectives, and success criteria
Manage design requests across different time zones through asynchronous communication and smart scheduling
Provide design consultations via video calls, screen shares, and collaborative design reviews with geographically distributed teams
Navigate cultural nuances in visual communication, adapting designs for different regional preferences and sensibilities
Build strong working relationships with BD teams, sales leaders, and solution consultants across the EMEA region
Develop design capacity plans and prioritization frameworks that balance urgent requests with strategic design initiatives
Design Operations & Project Management
Manage multiple concurrent design projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines
Establish clear design request workflows including intake forms, briefs, review cycles, and delivery protocols
Set realistic timelines and communicate capacity constraints proactively to manage stakeholder expectations
Implement version control and file management practices that ensure organized, accessible design assets
Track design metrics including request volumes, turnaround times, revision cycles, and stakeholder satisfaction
Provide regular status updates on in-flight design projects and proactively flag potential delays or issues
Gather feedback on design deliverables and continuously refine design processes based on user needs
Archive completed design work in organized libraries that enable future reuse and reference
Continuous Learning & Innovation
Stay current on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in sales enablement and business communication design
Experiment with new design techniques, software features, and creative approaches that could enhance design quality
Benchmark competitor and industry design standards to ensure Teleperformance materials remain differentiated and contemporary
Participate in design communities, forums, and professional development opportunities to expand skills and knowledge
Share design innovations, tips, and best practices with the broader sales enablement team
Provide input on design tool selection, software licensing, and technology investments that could improve team capabilities
Contribute to win/loss analysis by evaluating how design quality and presentation impact deal outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, or visual communications roles, preferably supporting sales, marketing, or business development teams
- Demonstrated experience creating professional business presentations, proposals, and sales enablement materials
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or related field preferred
- Professional design certifications or specialized training programs are a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating design capabilities
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint including advanced features (master slides, animation, custom themes, SmartArt)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating graphics and visual assets or similar
- Experience with design platforms such as Canva, Figma, or similar tools for rapid design development or similar
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/PPT for document formatting and template development
- Familiarity with diagramming tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, Canva AI, or similar platforms
- Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations in design contexts, knowing when AI enhances versus hinders creative work
- Enthusiasm for experimenting with emerging AI design technologies and integrating them into design workflows
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and how design supports different stages of the sales cycle
- Strong foundation in design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, and composition
