Role Overview

We need highly independent, detail-obsessed professionals who can catch the smallest data anomalies, enforce strict metadata parameters, and maintain maximum data integrity without constant supervision.

• Image Data Verification: Audit high-volume image collections against strict content, lighting, object, and metadata parameters on a strict Pass/Fail basis with actionable feedback.
  

• Multi-Format Annotation Review: Deep-dive audit of complex data annotations across text, image bounding boxes, and frame-by-frame video tracking to ensure pixel-perfect alignment.
  

• Root-Cause Analysis: Identify systemic errors or drift in data tagging patterns and flag them before they reach the client-facing pipeline.
  

• Async Feedback Loops: Deliver concise, objective, and clear documentation on rejected batches to maintain high-velocity throughput.
  

• Execute daily verification targets across assigned image and text batches.
  

• Incorporate feedback from the Team Lead immediately into your next batch to optimize personal accuracy metrics.
  

• Maintain sharp personal focus over long, repetitive annotation screening sessions.
  

For the Team Lead, you will:

• Oversee the daily output, throughput, and error rates of 2 Junior QAs.
  

• Function as the main point of contact for the client, managing rule updates and project scope adjustments smoothly.
  

• Conduct sampling checks (spot audits) on junior approvals to guarantee final batch quality.
  

• Coach the junior team on performance balancing (speed vs. accuracy bottlenecks).

• Extreme Attention to Detail: You don't look at data globally; you look at it frame-by-frame and pixel-by-pixel. You spot microscopic lags, vague metadata tagging, and slight rule deviations easily.
  

• High Autonomy: You thrive in an asynchronous, remote work environment. You know how to unblock yourself, manage your time, and stay hyper-focused through repetitive data loops.
  

• Performance-Driven Metric Focus: You have a proven track record of maintaining high daily throughput without letting your accuracy drops below strict client thresholds (e.g., <2% error rates).
  

• Technical Setup: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a computer capable of loading complex video and image processing tools seamlessly.
