● Greet customers, determine their needs and assist with their purchases
● Offer product recommendations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products
● Create monthly plans on how to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
● Maintain a clean, merchandised, and organized store environment
● Keep up-to-date with product information and trends to educate and understand the customers
● Come up with creative sales and marketing strategies for in-store and promotional areas.
● Complete sales transactions accurately, honestly, and efficiently
● Aggressively acquire customers and create a sales pipeline to secure your sales
● Learn and showcase creativity in your sales, marketing, and customer selling process.
