Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Education or other related fields.
- 2+ years in Microfinance Logbook loans and car financing management.
- Proven ability in Building and managing a high-performing sales agents’ teams.
- Ability to work with different teams and get things done together.
- Performance oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
- Must be Fluent in English and Swahili.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day Branch sales activities to improve efficiency and conversion of Car financing & Logbook loans.
- Recruit, train and retain quality sales agents
- Guide the team on how to come up with clear well-targeted sales activation plan.
- Design and implement branch sales and marketing activation plans.
- Recruit, manage, motivate and maintain relationships with car dealerships.
- You will be responsible for fast and correct processing of client applications. (Underwriting rules applied correctly, fraudulent customer identified, statuses changed on time and all client information submitted on ERP systems).
- You will be responsible for leads generations; call and follow up on leads done on time and according to processes.
- Provide and share accurate information with the team.
- Undertake general administration within the branch.
