QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Certificate/Diploma in Food and Beverage Production or any other related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in stewarding or a similar hospitality role, with supervisory experience an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team in a busy kitchen environment.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to cleanliness and detail.
