Description
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Go-to-Market Execution:
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for Retail and Business Banking segments, aligned to business growth targets.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of go-to-market initiatives, ensuring consistency across digital, branch, and third-party channels.
- Track campaign performance against defined KPIs (e.g., leads, conversion, engagement, ROI) and provide actionable insights to optimize outcomes.
Brand Management & Customer Experience:
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints, including branches, digital platforms, and marketing collateral.
- Conduct periodic brand audits across branches and channels, addressing gaps to maintain a high-quality and compliant brand experience.
- Support initiatives that enhance customer experience and brand perception within the Retail and Business Banking portfolio.
Media Planning, Buying & Performance Monitoring:
- Support media planning and buying processes, ensuring optimal channel mix and cost efficiency.
- Monitor media placements and exposure against contractual deliverables, providing performance reports and recommendations.
- Work with internal and external partners to improve media effectiveness through data-driven optimization.
Content, Creative & Collateral Management:
- Coordinate the development, production, and deployment of marketing materials (digital and physical), ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance.
- Manage inventory of branded materials and marketing assets, ensuring effective utilization and cost control.
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure campaigns are relevant, customer-centric, and aligned to brand strategy.
Events, Sponsorships & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Support the planning and execution of events and sponsorships to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Ensure alignment of sponsorship activities with strategic brand objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Engage internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Branches) to ensure effective campaign rollout and adoption.
Budget Management & Reporting:
- Support tracking and management of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient utilization and value delivery.
- Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance, brand initiatives, and marketing ROI.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve marketing spend effectiveness.
Governance, Risk & Compliance:
- Support marketing risk and control processes, including RCSA and KRI reporting, in line with the Bank’s risk framework.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and brand governance standards.
- Work closely with Procurement to ensure compliant sourcing and vendor management.
Cross-functional & Subsidiary Support:
- Provide marketing and branding support to subsidiaries and business units where required.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- Supports management and tracking of allocated marketing budgets and vendor spends
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies/ Publication:
- Diploma in Marketing.
- CIM.
- CIPR.
Work Experience Required:
- Over five (5) years’ relevant experience in a similar sized organization.
