We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduler to ensure continuous service coverage by coordinating caregiver schedules and responding quickly to changes, absences, and emergencies.

This role is essential in maintaining uninterrupted client care and supporting daily operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring excellent communication with both caregivers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and assign caregivers to scheduled client services.
Monitor daily schedules and ensure full coverage of all assigned shifts.
Manage caregiver absences, cancellations, and last-minute schedule changes.
Identify and assign replacement caregivers promptly to avoid service interruptions.
Maintain ongoing communication with caregivers and clients regarding schedule confirmations, updates, and service-related issues.
Update and maintain scheduling records and workforce management systems in real time.
Track attendance, coverage, and schedule adherence metrics.
Escalate operational risks and critical coverage issues when necessary.

Requirements

✅ Experience using workforce management, scheduling, or staff coordination systems.

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

✅ Ability to analyze operational data, reports, and performance metrics.

✅ Experience with administrative processes and documentation management.

✅ Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

✅ Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Previous experience in staffing, workforce coordination, or employee scheduling.

⭐ Experience in home care, healthcare, caregiving services, or other critical service industries.

⭐ Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency.

⭐ Experience supporting 24/7 operations and service coverage.

⭐ Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with clients and caregivers.
