What We're Looking For

Essential

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a elated field.
  • 2–3 years' experience in brand ambassadorship, sales, marketing, customer acquisition, insurance or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience in customer engagement, relationship management and field sales.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, product promotion and onboarding processes.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and mobile-based digital platforms.
  • Fluency in both English and Swahili.

Desirable

It would be an advantage if you have:

  • Experience working with retailers, distributors or SMEs.
  • Experience within the fintech, financial services, FMCG or insurance sectors.
  • Ability to communicate in local languages spoken within the assigned region.
