Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

BI Developer with a background in T-SQL, SSIS and development of ETL processes. Experienced in the Microsoft business intelligence stack, development of Microsoft tabular models and PowerBI. Exposure to DAX and Azure Synapse and working with omnichannel contact centre data is desirable.

Working as part of the Data team in a fast-paced environment.

• ETL Development
  
• Write and develop SSIS packages
  
• Develop new Tabular models and enhance/ optimize existing ones
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance optimization across BI solutions.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  
• Power BI (reporting, dashboards, data models).
  
• Strong experience in MS SQL
  
• Azure Cloud Solutioning & ETL Processes (SSIS) (ADF)
• Synapse and Data Bricks / Azure Data Factory
  
• Progress SQL desirable
• Experience working with omnichannel contact centre data.
  
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
